I sort of fell into massage. Friends would always say. 'Des! You should do massage!'
And so my journey began some 6 years ago. 
With an ongoing interest in sports and fitness activities, I found massage to be an ultimate key to recovery and maintaining good body mechanics. 

The human bodies functions and movements are addictive and helping to improve those is my goal. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing from a client that pain has decreased, mobility has increased or they all round, just feel better.
